What does it cost?
Every job is quoted in writing before we collect. The price depends on how many devices you have, what they are and where they are. Gear with resale value earns a rebate, which can offset the cost or come back to your IT budget.

How is our data destroyed?
Every data-bearing device is erased to NIST 800-88 and gets its own certificate. We’re ISO 27001 certified for information security, and chain of custody starts at your door.
Some devices are still locked to our MDM. Is that a problem?
No. We send you the serials that are still locked and ask you to release them. We follow it up until they’re cleared, so you don’t have to track it.
Do you cover interstate and regional sites?
Yes. One site or twenty, across Australia, through the same contact and the same process.
What happens to gear that can’t be reused?
It’s processed responsibly, onshore, to AS/NZS 5377. We’re ISO 14001 certified.
