Grit, never shortcuts.
Challengers don’t get the benefit of the doubt, so we earn it on every job. The standard never moves: certified erasure, every device logged by serial, a certificate for every job.
The incumbents got big and stopped answering. We’re rebuilding how old tech gets handled: certified on every job, built into the systems IT teams already use, and run by a person who picks up. We’re climbing fast, and we’re not done.
Scroll to climbZolo began with one Facebook post asking Sydney to declutter for good. We drove to every home that answered and collected the old tech ourselves. Every device was wiped and given a second life wherever it could be.
Homes were the start. The bigger pile was at work. Zip Co was our first big IT team: a whole fleet collected, wiped, certified and closed out. That job showed us what IT teams actually need. One partner who takes the whole thing off their plate.
Challengers get checked harder, so we hold the strictest line. Every job runs to the same certified standard, and the paperwork your auditor asks for comes with it.
The big names automated the people out and coast on old logos. Disposal became a ticket number. We think it should run like the rest of your IT: tracked by serial, built into your systems, with a named person who answers.
We’re small enough to move in weeks, not years. So we built it. A client portal, workflows that start from your MDM, and a connector that puts the whole job inside your AI tool.
One office or twenty, here or overseas, the job runs the same way. Same steps, same certificates, same person to call. That’s what the big names promised and stopped delivering.
We’re not the biggest name in hardware disposal. Not yet. Every job is how we get there: done properly, certified, and with someone who picks up the phone. Come up with us.

Challengers don’t get the benefit of the doubt, so we earn it on every job. The standard never moves: certified erasure, every device logged by serial, a certificate for every job.
No legacy systems to protect. When IT teams need something new, we build it in weeks and put it in their hands.
Every job has a named Zolo contact. You message, they reply. Not a ticket queue, and not a different person each time.
Tell us what you’ve got and where it is. A person replies straight away.
